What is a UK Partner Visa?

A UK partner visa allows you to join your partner in the United Kingdom if they are a British citizen or have settled status.

Fiancée Visa (For Couples Planning to Marry)

If you plan to get married in the UK, this visa allows you to enter and marry within 6 months.

  • Valid for 6 months

  • No work allowed

  • Must switch to spouse visa after marriage
