Choose the consultation that fits, tell us how to reach you and when suits, and we confirm the time by phone or email within one working day. The free call is a quick check of whether we can help; the paid consultations are advice on your case from the immigration team, with a written note afterwards.
Which consultation
- Free 10-minute assessment. You describe your situation; we tell you whether the case looks workable and what the next step is. Not legal advice.
- Initial consultation, 30 minutes, £80. Eligibility against each requirement, the documents you will need, and a plan. Right for a first application.
- Extended consultation, 60 minutes, £150. For refusals, appeals, borderline finances, previous immigration history, or a fiancé-to-spouse switch with complications. Documents sent in advance are read before the call.
Consultation fees include VAT where it applies and are deducted from our fee if you instruct us within 30 days.
Booking terms
- You can move or cancel a paid consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed time, by phone or by replying to the confirmation email. Later cancellations and missed appointments are not refunded.
- If we cannot offer a time within five working days of your preferred date, we refund in full.
- A consultation is advice on your situation; it does not make you a client of the firm for an application. We explain the next steps and costs before any work starts.
- Payment is taken by Stripe on the next page; we do not see or store card details.
